Encounter on our Recent Trip to St. Augustine

Being the oldest city in our nation, my wife and I visited St. Augustine in July of 2012 to celebrate our anniversary.  A small charming town with a lot of history, tight streets and large old homes on the back roads.

During the day, we walked around the shops of the old Spanish Quarter of St. George street and ventured to a few side streets.  We also visited the old fort -Castillo de San Marcos.
Its an interesting place.  I didn't think it was worth $7 per person.  However, it does give you a good feel for how the soldiers felt when they were barricaded in for some time. How did mankind survive without A/C?

At night, though, it's a totally different story!  Unfortunately, you cannot enter the fort because they close it off, but you can walk around it and right up to it's walls.  It looks very different, see below...

We decided to take the Ripley's Ghost Train tour for fun.  It started around 10pm, everyone gets an EMF meter and it was full of interesting stories.  We went to a few different site, the old fort being one of them.  They encouraged us to take a lot of photos and to use flash.  I probably took a couple hundred pics, just randomly taking pictures, sometimes using flash, sometimes not.

Flash tends to show a lot of dust particles appear in the photo.  You can tell by taking your face away from the camera and just keeping an eye on the area right in front of the camera as your pressing the button.  The flash will show all the dust in front of the camera.  A good example is in the pic below...
Original photo, no adjustments.

Below is the same photo, but I simply adjusted the exposure so you can understand what the area looks like.  It is near the fort walls, and the ground below was rather dry and a lot of dust was being kicked up from people walking.
Same as above, but exposure was adjusted to see surroundings.
A lot of people talk about orbs, but there is a difference between dust and orbs.  Above is dust, it all looks similar and it all appears to be very close to the camera.

In the next pic, however, which was taken a few minutes earlier, there is what appears to be orbs.  It doesn't look the same as the dust you see above.  Also...
Notice the orbs, 1) at bottom center and 2) almost dead center.  This is an original photo.
approximately 15 minutes after this photo was taken a group of people on the tour were standing in this exact spot and there EMF meters were going crazy.  See below what these orbs look like zoomed in and with an exposure adjustment.
Top orb, possibly an upside down figure. Markings inside orb
appear symmetrical.
This bottom orb also appears to have symmetrical
markings .

After these shots, I took some of the ledge above this area.  Again this is all random and I have no idea if I am getting anything on camera or not.  I have to wait until I can view it on the big screen of a computer.  Below shows everyone getting heavy readings in this spot.
Everyone's meters started going off here
Below something was captured that almost looks like a creature -dog or something.  The first pic is far away so you get an idea of the surroundings, then see the zoomed pic with exposure adjustment.
You can faintly make it out along the top of the ledge in the center.
Here is what it looks like zoomed and over exposed...
Looks like something is looking down.

This pic below is really erie, the facial symmetry is just too definite  to be coincidence.  Its another orb in the same area.
Notice the orb in the center of the picture.

Here it is zoomed and overexposed...
Creepy.  There is recognizable face symmetry, two eyes, a nose and a mouth.
The last one we got appeared high in an inaccessible tower.  See below.  This is what it looks like from a distance.

Here is the same picture zoomed up on the window and with some overexposure so you can see inside.
Everything appears normal.
Inside the shaded window appears normal in the picture above.  Within seconds this next picture was taken from the same angle.  The first picture below is from a distance and the second will be zoomed and overexposed as well.
Taken moments later.
....and now enhanced.

even more zoomed
The face appears to be peering from around the corner, make of it what you will.  It was definitely chilling when we first saw it in our photos.

Under further inspection of the night photo of the fort (the 2nd pic at the top of this post) we found a figure walking through the shadows, we really had to adjust the overexposure for this one.
Notice the figure on the left.
We were here after the tour for a little while and there was no one else around except for a person sitting on a bench behind us.  See the next photo for a closer look.
It appears to be walking towards our direction.  In the original photo, absolutely nothing was distinguishable in that area, it was only after a lot of exposure adjustment we were able to see things we normally could not have.

Well, thats it.  Our findings at the fort of St. Augustine.  It made for a memorable anniversary.  If you plan a trip to St. Augustine anytime, you might want to take a tour of this fort, both daytime and nighttime.
